By staying with Riverside and trusting us to serve you, you have enabled us to keep doing what we love most: helping people on their fitness journey. You have stuck with us through class size restrictions, intensive cleaning, social distancing, and technology hiccups. We appreciate you!
There are no group fitness classes the afternoon of July 3 through Sunday, July 5. Enjoy your Independence Day celebrations!
We have made some additional changes in July. We have removed Saturday morning yoga and 4:15 afternoon yogas.
We are still working on getting our virtual offerings nailed down. Thank you for those of you who have been patient with the process as we fine tune the technology so you are getting the best possible experience. Coming Soon: Perkville
You're already a loyal Riverside member, why not get rewarded for it? Speed, Fitness, and Agility: M, W, F 10:30-11:30am
$99, maximum 12 people
Power Training: M and W 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00pm (55-min sessions)
$149 for 8 sessions
Power Training Option: M and W 8:00am, 9:00am, 12:00pm (55-min sessions)
$199 for 12 sessions

Personal training by request
$30 per half-hour session, or $25/half hour if booking 8 or more sessions.

Kristine and Cristina
We are so excited to announce our newest Les Mills BODYPUMP instructor, our own member, Kristine Kushner. Kristine was a BODYPUMP instructor over 10 years ago and has come out of retirement! Watch for Kristine on the schedule and please join us in welcoming her to the instructor team!
We are also happy to announce the return of Cristina Mendoza! Cristina is certified in several Les Mills formats, including BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, and as of this week, CXWorx! Join us in welcoming Cristina back, and let us know when you'd like to see CXWorx back on the schedule.

Les Mills Launch
We missed last quarter's launch, but we aren't missing this one! We will be launching the newest releases of our Les Mills programs on Saturday and Sunday, August 1 and 2. Stay tuned for more details as the date gets closer.
