Weight Loss Competition


Whether you've been struggling with a few extra pounds, or lockdown and self-isolation had you eating more and moving less, we've got something for you! Kickstart your desired weight loss here at Riverside Fitness with a 6-week weight loss competition.


Not only could you win $250 cash, you will earn 100 Perkville points just for participating and have the accountability and friendly competition that will help keep you on track towards positive change. These competitions have historically come down to fractions of a point, so even if you miss the mark, second place wins $100.


The competition starts August 22 and runs until October 3. Pick up the postcard with full details in the main gym or studio, or you can download a flier here.


How do you join the competition? Purchase a 4-session personal training package or pay $50 to join without the personal training. Do this through MINDBODY here:

Youth Fit Camp


If your student is distance learning for the first grading period or entire first semester, consider keeping them active with Riverside's Youth Fit Camp. Starting August 22, we will be offering sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Our second block of sessions will coincide with the second grading period, starting October 12.

August 24 through October 9 (20 sessions)

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding Labor Day holiday)

For the grading period, choose from either:

  • Morning block 10:30-11:20

  • Afternoon block 4:15-5:05

Grading Period 2

October 12 through December 4 (21 sessions)

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding Thanksgiving holiday week)

For the grading period, choose from either:

  • Morning block 10:30-11:20

  • Afternoon block 4:15-5:05
