A Message from the Owner

Studio Update

The demo has begun in the new studio space, including concrete cutting for new bathroom. We are

continuing to work diligently with Cavalier Construction and the City of Oviedo on the work permit. Thank you for your patience.


Guest Policy

Each member can bring guests in for 1 free class or main gym workout, after which the guest will be required to purchase a membership or 10-class pass to continue use of our facilities and programs.

  • For main gym guests: Your guest must fill in the waiver form at the front desk for main gym.

  • For studio classes: Email Sherry (sherrybullen [AT] gmail [DOT] com) at least 48 hours prior to the class in question. Include your guest's full name, email, and phone number.

Group Fitness Schedule Changes

  • Starting July 10, we will be temporarily taking BodyCombat and Les Mills Core off the Saturday schedule. Look for the return of Saturdays after our next Les Mills launch in August. Stay tuned!

  • Starting July 14, we will be temporarily taking PiYo off the schedule. We will keep you posted on its return.

  • Starting the week of July 19, our evening schedule will have additional changes. Please check MindBody for all changes.


Meatless Monday Recipe

Eating a vegetarian dinner once a week is great for the environment, your wallet, and most of all, your health! If you are new to eating vegetarian meals, it is so much more than “fake meat.” Focus on finding recipes that feature one or more of these satisfying vegetables: eggplant, potatoes, chickpeas (garbanzo beans), and/or mushrooms.
