Sherry has been a lifelong lover of sports and strength training. After taking a hiatus for her two children, she returned to group fitness with a passion for boot camp, HIIT/Tabata, and Pilates classes. With a push from her own instructors, she finally took the leap into group fitness instruction where she gets to incorporate her music training and education backgrounds with her zest for helping others achieve things they did not think were possible.

Sherry is certified in Les Mills BodyPump, Les Mills BodyCombat, and Les Mills Core (formerly known as CXWorx) formats. She is also CPR/AED certified.

Sherry loves trivia, travel, movies, and spreadsheets. You can usually find her in the kitchen, discussing good reads with her book club, singing karaoke, or at a festival.

Thomas is new to the gym game, but has many years of business executive experience. You will usually catch Thomas tagging along to classes with Sherry or doing odd jobs around the gym. 

Thomas loves history podcasts, making ridiculously authentic ethnic cuisines (Indian in particular), and Liverpool Football Club.
