How do I join?

Purchase your membership through MINDBODY here. Complete step-by-step instructions for joining Riverside Fitness, including steps to take after enrollment and payment, are outlined on our "Join Us" page.

How do I get my key card to the gym?

Once you have set up your membership in MINDBODY, a key card is generated for you and will be at the main gym front desk. Simply show up during staffed hours or call ahead to 407-733-4300 set up a time for pickup. Staffed hours and step-by-step instructions can be found here, as well as in the email you received confirming your membership purchase.

How do I cancel my membership?

You must cancel your membership in MINDBODY through a web browser (i.e. Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.). Find the steps here.

What kind of equipment/classes do you have?

MINDBODY is Riverside Fitness' software. It is where you manage all aspects of your Riverside membership, including:

  • Contact information, such as phone number, email, address, and birthday
  • Payment information/credit card number
  • Family/shared membership individuals and payments
  • Group fitness class reservations
  • Profile picture
Most of the above items must be managed in MINDBODY using a web browser (i.e. Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.) on your phone or a computer. Here is a direct link to managing your MINDBODY profile in a browser. How do I update my credit card?

If you need to update your credit card payment method, you must do this in MINDBODY through a web browser (i.e. Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.). Log into your account, then navigate to My Info > Billing Information. You can also go directly there through this link.

What is this charge on my account?

When you purchase a membership, you will see two charges.

  1. Your credit card is charged your monthly membership fee on the day of the month you joined initially and the same day each month thereafter.
  2. Your annual maintenance fee is charged within 72 hours of joining, then annually each year after joining.

What is the annual maintenance fee?

Annual maintenance fees are charged to all membership types once per year. The amount is dependent on your membership type. Your first annual maintenance fee is charged within 72 hours of joining and will be charged in subsequent years on the same date. While your monthly membership fees go towards the operation of the facility and staffing, annual maintenance fees go towards gym enhancements, including new equipment, remodeling, new amenities, and so forth. What is your rewards program?

We use a customer rewards program called Perkville. It's our little way of saying thank you for being a loyal member and rewarding you for the kinds of behavior we like to see, such as working out three times a week, referring friends to Riverside Fitness, and more. Why am I not receiving communication from Riverside?

If you are not receiving regular communication from us, you must first check that you have turned on communications in your MINDBODY profile. Learn how to do that here. However, if you opted out of communications directly through a Riverside text or email (such as by replying STOP to a text or clicking UNSUBSCRIBE on an email), the steps to opt back in are different. Can I bring a guest?

Know someone who wants to try out Riverside Fitness? Any guest you wish to bring along gets to join you for one gym session in the main gym or one group class. After that, they must purchase a membership or 10-class-pass. Full details on how to arrange your guest visit are on the Riverside website blog under July News.
